Southampton Mayflower is Expecting a Little Horror!

From the 13th to the 18th May Southampton Mayflower is playing host to the Rocky Horror Picture Show and it’s bound to be a riot! So whether you’re a sweet transvestite or just simply love the fun and frolics of the musical then we’ve got the costumes for you! It is always encouraged that the audience dress up like or in the style of the eclectic characters seen in the performance, making it a fabulously fun night out. So get the girls together and plan a naughty night that won’t be soon forgot, with a little help from Hollywood!

Castle Lane West Store Refurbishment work is complete!

Our flagship Hollywood store on Castle lane has recently undergone refurbishment work to improve your shopping experience and house hundreds of new and exciting costumes and accessories ready for the summer party season. It gives us great pleasure to announce the dramatic transformation is now complete! We now have several brilliant extra rooms dedicated to specific themes and even a fireworks room! After acquiring new property at the back of our store, work begun earlier this year, and now we house over three times the amount of costumes as our store at Post Office Road in Bournemouth. But don’t just take our word for it, come down and see for yourself, we have a feeling you’ll be amazed!

Southamptons Maritime Show Does Forties Fancy Dress, 5th and 6th May 2013!

We are super excited as on the 5th and 6th of May 2013, Southamptons annual Maritime show is back! Always great fun, it’s low cost and there’s something for all the family! This year is excpeted to be the best, as they announce the theme is the 1940s!!

Summer Ball here we come!

Calling all Bournemouth University students and general fans of the annual Universities Summer Ball! This years event on June 8th is sure to be just as huge as last year and NOW is the time to come in and choose from our selection of world class fancy dress, to ensure YOU get the costume that everyone will be talking about! Previous years have seen some brilliant individual and group efforts and this year Hollywood are super excited to help many more of you find that perfect look! Our friendly staff can work to any budget or group size, and time permitting, can usually order the perfect costume in for you if we don’t have it in stock.

To help make things a little easier as well below we’ve listed our top five favourite costumes we think are Summer Ball beautiful.
