This week the Isle Of Whight is the place to be as Robin Hill springs to life for Bestival! From Thursday the 10th to Sunday the 13th hop on a ferry and party in the Summer of Love.

What To Expect From Bestival?

Bestival is always a firm favourite for festival goers. There is so much to see do and hear that you are spoiled for choice everyday! This year will see huge acts like Miss Elliot, The Chemical Brothers, Skrillex and 80’s heartthrobs Duran Duran hit the big stage. There will also be a stunning array of DJ’s laying down beats for you all weekend including 2 Bad Mice and Annie Mac. 2015 also has some new surprises to offer like the Love-Bot, a colossal, interactive art instillation and rave knitting… Which I will leave to your imagination. But it’s not all new and shiny; you old favourites will be there too, like the Wall of Death, Area 51 and films in the forest. Plenty of acts will be returning this year too like Kat and Matt and Sink the Pink to fill your evenings with hilarity and entertainment. This year will also see the return of the record breaking disco ball! As always there will be plenty of dressing up events to get involved with such as fashion shows hosted by the Cushion Collective and oodles of fancy dress shenanigans! Fancy dress competitions begin on Friday so make sure your costumes get noticed. Prizes this year include a very funky trophy and tickets to next year’s event, so it’s definitely worth putting up a fight!
