One of the most generous charity events of the year is returning again this November and we’re looking forward to seeing how much money can be raised for children this year!

What is Children in Need?

BBC Children in Need is the BBC's UK charity. Since 1980 it has raised over £600 million for disabled children and young people in the UK, which is very impressive! It really makes a difference and it’s heart-warming to see how many people get involved.

Sir Terry Wogan hosted this charity for many years and did a magnificent job in making the event what it was. R.I.P Sir Terry Wogan.

Pudsey the bear, the well-known mascot of Children in Need has had many appearance changes since the first aired event but he will always be recognized as a face of charity ad happiness.

What's the theme?

The tradition for Children in Need is usually dressing in spots, which is a pretty awesome theme because there are so many different ways you can go about it. What ways, you ask? Let us show you some ideas.

You don’t get much spotty then the Twister second skin; you are literally a walking spot. Not only are you keeping with the theme, you are walking entertainment. Can’t get much better than that!

Large and silly, these spotted bow tie and tie are perfect for having a laugh and showing your support, you can literally wear them with anything.

Another cute little spotty hat to wear is our Leopard hat which have mittens attached, which is absolutely adorable, if you ask me!

How about the queen of spots herself, Cruella is a very good choice for the spotty theme because as we all know, she is obsessed with them. You will turn some heads with this one, which is great because you want to be noticed as someone who wants to help for charity! A fantastic costume too.

So many spotty choices to choose from, so I suggest having a look for yourself and let us know you’re willing to help out a great cause!
