Q - Can I visit Hollywood shops?
A - Yes please see Our Shops tab with a page of full addresses of the shops and contact phone numbers.
Q - Can I hire costumes on-line?
A - No Im afraid costumes are only available for hire at the Castle Lane West shop
Q - What are your retail shops opening times?
A - The normal shop opening times are 10am to 5.30pm but are subject to alteration over Halloween, Christmas and New Year periods
Q - When I order online how long does delivery take?
A - This depends on the delivery option you chose as we do endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible
Q - What if my item is out of stock or no longer available?
A - Due to our large range of items and the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q - How can I return an order ?

Q - How can I cancel an order?
A - You have the right to cancel an order but we will not refund the postage and packing charges if the goods have already been processed for shipping. Cancellation is recommended by phoning us on 01202 532331 if it is urgent or e mail to email@example.com , quoting your order number and surname with date ordered. Please refer to our terms and conditions page.
Q - What should I know about the eye accessories?
A - These are NOT intended to correct any defect of sight and are intended only for cosmetic use. It is essential that you read and understand the instructions supplied with the package before using these accessories.
By purchasing Eye Accessories from us you are agreeing that:
You do not suffer from any of the following:
Any Eye Infections (e.g. Conjunctivitis)
Any Corneal Condition (e.g. Keratitis)
Any allergic eye conditions (e.g. Hay Fever)
Any Chronic eye conditions (e.g. Glaucoma)
That you intend to use the Eye Accessories for cosmetic colour change purposes and not to correct any defect of sight or refractive error.
That you will read the instructions clearly and follow the guide for safe wearing, removal and care of your new colour eye accessories
That you will immediately remove your colour eye accessories if you experience any undue irritation, discomfort, excess watering or redness of eye. Do not sleep in your eye colour contact accessories.
That you understand the need for regular periodic check-ups with an eye care practitioner
That you are over the age of 18
You understand and acknowledge that Edit Colour Eye Accessories are not classified as medical devices are governed by the EU Cosmetics Ophthalmologist, they are only considered suitable for those with normal healthy eyes who can confirm all 7 statements above to be true and accurate.
IMPORTANT - If you are in any doubt what so ever as to whether Edit Colour Eye Accessories are suitable for you please consult your own medical or eye care practitioner.
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We currently operate a secure card payment system through Sagepay to accept payment securely by debit and credit card transactions online including Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Debt, Visa and MasterCard. We accept payments via Paypal or via post by cheque and postal orders. (Orders will not be despatched until cheques and postal orders have cleared) Im afraid we do not currently accept American Express so apologies to those rich people who can afford one !!
