Batman villains come in a variety of different shapes and sizes – but few are as distinctive (and physically imposing) as Bane, the villain portrayed most notably in film by Tom Hardy in 2012’s The Dark Knight Rises. With his terrifying mask and fetching range of long coats, he stole every scene he was in the Dark Knight Rises – especially the part where he breaks Batman’s back. That had us wincing.
Well, now, with the help of this magnificent costume, you can transform into Batman’s most incomprehensible nemesis. And you don’t even have to be built like a cage-fighter to pull it off! The costume includes a muscle-chest jumpsuit, a belt, a pair of stylish gauntlets and, of course, Bane’s iconic spider-mouth gas mask. Terrifying stuff!
It’s one of the many different dark knight film costumes we have in store here. If you’re going to a Halloween party with some friends, you might consider having them dress as Batman, Catwoman or Scarecrow in order to complete the effect. You’re sure to cause something of a reckoning when you stroll into your party dressed like this! Now you’ll just have to work on that distinctive, barely-audible Tom Hardy Bane voice. Of course!
