This beautiful mini fancy dress top hat comes attached to a headband. Is a purple hat with attahced feathers including one being a peacock style feather. The hat is also adorned with thre pretty flowers, a playing card with hearts, clubs, diamonds and spades decorated on it. Also the hat has a beautiful butterfly attched to add that extra bit of special to it.
