Directions for Balloon Tail:-
- Pull up on metal circle to unwind the curlz.
- Shake from side to side to seperate the curlz.
- You have two options to attach to balloons, expose sticky tab and apply it to the base of the balloon or use the ribbon feed through metal circle and tie to balloon knot.
Directions for Bag Filler:-
- Pull up on metal circle to unwind the curlz.
- Shake from side to side to seperate the curlz.
- Take the side of the curlz with the metal ring, stuff inside the bag.
- Feed strands into the bag until it reaches your desired length outside of the gift bag.
